My new windows from Window World are BEAUTIFUL! Daniel and his guys did a wonderful job on the installation! Daniel was so respectful and tried to keep the install as smooth and quiet as possible. Installation was performed quickly and professionally. The only issue I can say I had was the installers arrived without the proper paperwork, to wit: an itemized statement showing window types, warrantees and such. No paperwork to sign was contracted later via email with document to sign which I could not access. Still awaiting such paperwork for my records,and tax purposes.

I can not say enough about WW/Waco. We have now replaced all our windows! First of all... They are gorgeous! Second... The crew! I have never seen such a well oiled installation machine. Each team member knows their task and work so efficiently. It was amazing to watch. Last! Oh the difference! You don't realize how effective these beautiful windows are. The afternoon sun just baked through my old picture windows. The dinning room would heat up and it was unbearable to the point we avoided being in there. Now, from day one... I hadn't put the blinds back up yet. Afternoon sun streaming through. But those new windows kept it cool as a cucumber. Absolutely no difference in temp stand right in front of the window than anywhere else in the house. Plus... According to my Energy provider, I've already seen a 26% reduction in energy consumption. I call that a huge win!!!!

End product is great. The first crew was messy and not very good clean up. Sloppy with the calking and didn't clean windows very good. Silicon residue and not clean windows.To Window World's credit, they sent out a man the next day and fid an excellent job of taking care of the issues. He even pointed out an imperfection in the glass and they will replace the glass. I will recommend WW to friends , they took care of the issues promptly.
