We were pleased with the work but the product issue is with the patio door being too tight to open & the outside patio door handle does not provide a good hand hold when opening door.

Very quick to respond and schedule. Very clear on every step. The crew was clean and respectful and explained the operation and maintenance of the windows well. There was no sign in the yard or signage on the trucks that explained Window World was responsible, but we will spread the word!

They got the job done much quicker than I thought the wood. Almost 2 hrs. Thought it would be all afternoon. Very methodical procedure. Great people to work with. I will have them replace the rest of the windows soon. Thank you WW.

Window World replaced several windows in our house in 2020. They did an excellent job and the prices were very competitive. One of the windows became cracked and I needed a replacement. The window was under warranty so the repair was done without a charge to me. I am very satisfied with the original work done by WW as well as this recent replacement. Every employee I have been in contact with has been very helpful, professional and friendly.

Josh installed our new Window World storm door today. The old door was installed with hinges on the wrong side. Josh told us and asked if we wanted it corrected. We said yes please. It will make a tremendous difference going out the door. We are so thankful and grateful for Josh to notice and correct the way our door was. The new Window World is beautiful, opens the correct way and matches our freshly painted patio

Good experience, and I really love our new energy efficient windows! We got three different rates and Window World came in the lowest. I am very pleased with the installers and I am so glad to have lifetime warranty. I would recommend to others.
