First let me start with how impressed with Window World I am. Window world gives you the best bang for your buck. Their customer service was Outstanding. The crew that came out to my house were professional, super fast, clean, informative, and just nice. It was a joy to see how fast and precise they were. The crew was very knowledgeable and experienced. The head of the crew Daniel had wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable too. He did a walkthrough before and after the installation. When they finished the job they took all the debris and cleaned everything up almost as they were not even there. I can’t say enough about Window World and their Crews. I recommend this company for your Window needs. The quality of the windows are top notch with a Lifetime Warranty. You just can’t beat it. Thank you so very much for our Wonderful Windows. EXTREMELY HAPPY with my new windows. They are absolutely stunning. The crew showed up right on time and had all 12 windows installed within 3ish hours. They were quick and efficient and left all rooms clean!! I cant say enough great things about the team that did our install. Overall, price was better then competitions, guy who came to measure was very helpful explaining the process, and service crew were the best. Only issue was no one called to let us know our windows had come in and it took awhile for person to call us to set up install date/time. But overall, I'd recommend

This is my second house where Window World has replaced all the windows. They work efficiently, neatly, and followed the "golden rule" throughout the job. One piece of the old windoh was broken on my patio and they cleaned up every tiny little shard so the dog wouldn't get into it. Amazing job!

Just wanted to share my Window World experience….it was time to replace my 32 year old windows…Went to the Window World showroom and Lake Air Drive and looked at the windows…No high pressure sales pitch just information on the product…I liked the lack of ‘high pressure’…Made an appointment for a salesperson to come look at my house and discuss installation….They measured all my windows and to my surprise I had 54 windows…Gave me what I considered a fair price and I made a deposit for them to start ‘building my windows’….Each window is custom made …Three weeks later they were installing my windows…What I thought would be a real mess was a seamless installation…The team of 5 installers were professional and got the job done in 2 days….Cleaned up the job site and I have a house full of BEAUTIFUL windows…Still can not believe how seamless the process was….Would absolutely recommend Window World!!!

Cody was well prepared and had samples and was able to explain pros and cons of different types of doors from an installation standpoint!
